I didn’t start boxing to get fit.
I started boxing to take my power back.
In 2005, after experiencing a physical assault, I walked into a boxing gym searching for
more than a workout. I was looking for strength, both physically and mentally.
Boxing gave me both.
What began as self-defense became a lifelong commitment to resilience, discipline, and performance. It reshaped not just my body but my confidence, my mindset, and the way I moved through the world.
Today, I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, boxing coach, marathon runner, and the founder of BodyFit x Kate, a performance-driven training platform designed to help women build strong bodies and unshakeable confidence.
I teach and train out of my boutique space, Fight Club Studio, where I lead high-energy group boxing classes and private coaching sessions. In addition to in-studio training, I offer hybrid programming and curated fitness events, bringing my boxing + strength methodology to women both locally and beyond.
My philosophy is simple:
Train hard.
Move with purpose.
Leave stronger than you arrived.
As a mom of three and business owner, I understand how easy it is for women to put themselves last. My mission is to create a space both, in-person and online, where strength becomes non-negotiable.
This isn’t just about fitness.
It’s about building the kind of strength that changes how you show up in motherhood, business, relationships, and life.
